Any calls using our numbers will be billed by your telephone service provider to the account holder for that line. Please obtain permission from that account holder before using the Call2call service. Calls are charged from the time you are connected to the Call2call service, even if the call is engaged or unanswered. Replace the handset if you hear an engaged tone or calls remain unanswered. Quoted prices are for customers using BT residential call packages (taken from BT residential price list published at www.bt.com), is correct as of 26.04.2011, and is subject to an 12.5p call set up fee. Other service providers may charge a higher rate, please contact your service provider for further details. We reserve the right to terminate any call if we consider it is being made unlawfully or fraudulently. The service is subject to availability.


SMS Service. Standard Terms and Conditions(Updated Jan 2010)

Any texts to the SMS code (87887) are charged at your service provider's standard SMS rate and will be billed by them to the account holder for that line.

The return message you receive will cost £5 (inclusive of 17.5% VAT) from T Mobile, O2, Vodafone, Orange, Virgin and 3G billed to the account holder for that line. Always make sure you have the bill payer's permission before you use this service. We will credit you with calling credit (as per above, value dependent on mobile network) and issue a pin to that value with a UK geographic landline telephone number to access the service. Please note that pin numbers will expire 60 days from date of original purchase.

Calls to the UK Geographical Landline number will be charged as per your mobile network price plan to a UK Geographical landline, or may be part of your monthly inclusive minutes allowance. Please check with your service provider to confirm this.

Calls are charged by the minute and subject to a 5p connection charge on all calls (all quoted prices are inclusive of VAT, and apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when using the 01 access number). Rates are effective from 01.01.2010 and may be subject to change without notice. A maximum purchase of £30 per day per SIM card (mobile telephone number) applies. We reserve the right to terminate any call if we consider it is being made unlawfully or fraudulently and also to suspend any pins that we feel have been potentially purchased fraudulently. In this case any outstanding calling credit will be cancelled and will not be refunded. The service is subject to availability. E&OE.
